Looking for someone in Va. to open their heart&home to foster,provide care,find homes for litter of needy pups?

Have a set of four malnourished black lab/pit pups approx. 3 months olds that someone dropped out . I would rather have a loving person who is willing to foster them and nurse them back to health, rather than dropping them off at a pound where their fate is unknown… Preferably someone who has plenty of time on their hands to spend getting them back on the right track which unfortunately my schedule is too busy Serious inquiries only please

Here are two organizations in Virginia that take dogs and foster them until they find new homes. I live in Northern Virginia and these organizations are very reputable and do a great job of fostering and adopting dogs. They would also have the resources to make sure the puppies get proper vet care.
